This campaign is exclusively available to customers using Citibranded consumer banking products in Thailand, where eligible "Citi" branded consumer banking products for this campaign are defined as current Citi Credit Card, Citi Ready Credit, and/or Citibank account holders.

  1. The Unlock the Treasure with UOB Campaign (“Campaign”) is valid from 15 January 2024 to 15 May 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Campaign Period”). By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign (the “Terms”).
  2. Eligibility of this campaign is reserved for current Citi Visa Credit Card, Citi Mastercard® Credit Card, Citi Ready Credit account members, or Citibank account holders that have been approved before 15 January 2024, and must create a new username through UOB TMRW application during the campaign period or for current UOB TMRW Thailand application users only.
  3. To participate in the Unlock the Treasure with UOB Campaign, a cardholder or account member must successfully register for this campaign (“Registration”) through any of the 2 channels as follows:

- For Citi Credit Card: enter the last 12 digits of your credit card number and your registered mobile number with Citi.

3.2 Short Message Service (SMS)

- For Citi Credit Card: Type THC (space) followed by the last 12 digits of your credit card number and send to 4545111 (cost THB 3/SMS) within the Campaign Period using your registered mobile number with Citi.

- For Citi Ready Credit or Citibank account: Type THD (space) followed by the last 12 digits of your Citi Ready Credit Card number or your Citi Debit Card number or your Citi Debit Card number or 10 digits and send to 4545111 (cost THB 3/SMS) within the Campaign Period using your registered mobile number with Citi.

  1. The Bank will send a response SMS back to confirm your registration to the mobile number which you have submitted your registration request. A response SMS does not confirm your successful registration as a successful registration requires that a customer provides correct and accurate information during registration. A successful registration will be effective from 15 January 2024 to 15 May 2024. One successful registration effectively applies for the entire Campaign Period (one registration is required for a customer who holds several Citi-branded products). A customer must keep the response SMS as evidence of Registration.

5.1 The Bank reserves the rights in calculating chances for the lucky draw, including making amendments to the list of cardholders or account holders who are disqualified according to terms and conditions of this Campaign in all cases at the Bank’s sole discretion.

Customers who select to unsubscribe from paper statements for all accounts on UOB TMRW application is defined as those who select the cancellation of receiving statements through postal service via UOB TMRW application and chooses to receive electronic statements for UOB Credit Card and UOB CASH PLUS from 15 January 2024 to 15 May 2024 and maintains the selection until 14 June 2024, the announcement date of the winner of the Campaign, where customer will receive extra chances upon completion of the required action.

- Tap "Sign in" and proceed to login with your username and password.

- Go to “Services” menu.

- Scroll down to “Statement settings” section.

- Click on “Manage statements”.

- Untick “All accounts” to unsubscribe from paper statements.

- Click on “Save”.

  1. Customers who apply for UOB LINE Connect service is defined as those who add UOB Thailand Line Official Account (@UOBThai) and successfully register with UOB Credit Cards or UOB CASH PLUS from 15 January 2024 to 15 May 2024 where customers will receive extra chances upon completion of the required action. However, customers must continue using UOB TMRW application until 14 June 2024, the announcement date of the winner of the Campaign.
  2. In the event of the cancellation of any UOB product or services per section 5.2, the Bank will re-calculate the amount of chances according to the specified conditions.
  3. Should you wish to withdraw your participation from the Campaign, please notify the Bank’s Call Centre Tel. 0-2285-1555 prior to the Lucky Draw Date (as stated below).
  4. The Bank will consolidate all chances per conditions of the Campaign and the Lucky Draw will be conducted on 4 June 2024 at 11.00 AM at a branch of United Overseas Bank Thai (PCL).

Conditions of receiving the prizes

  1. It is a requirement that the Winner is obligated to pay the withholding tax (currently at 5% of the total value of the Prize calculated in the table in section 13) in order to redeem the Prize, according to the Revenue Departmental Order. No. Tor Por 4/2528 together with the Revenue Departmental Order. No. Tor Por 104/2544, where:

a. For Winners who are Credit Card holders, the Bank will charge the withholding tax into the Winner’s primary credit card

b. For Winners who are Savings account customers or UOB CASH PLUS cardholders, the Bank will charge the withholding
tax using a method which will be specified by the Bank at its sole discretion.

  1. Winners must provide consent to participate in the award ceremony and let the Bank to take photographs and/or videos for purposes of marketing and public relations of the Bank.
  2. The Winner of the ORA 07 Performance EV Car Model shall be responsible for any additional cost that may be incurred from selecting any add-on options that is not included in the table below. The specification of the Prize is fixed. Any change or upgrade of the Prize is not allowed. The Prize cannot be exchanged or upgraded to any other car models.

The Bank and Great Wall Motor Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (as the authorised dealer of ORA 07 Performance Model EV Car Prize in Thailand) (the “Dealer”) are not obliged to transfer or register the Prize in the name of any other person. b) Registration and delivery of the ORA 07 Performance Model EV Car Prize shall comply with specified instructions or conditions set by the Dealer. The Bank and the Dealer shall not be responsible or liable to the Winner for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses whatsoever in the event that the registration and delivery of the Prize cannot take place due to the Dealer having not received all the necessary registration documents and payments within the stipulated time specified by the Bank and/or the Dealer.

  1. The Winner of Thai Airways Round-Trip Business Class Tickets Bangkok-Japan (Tokyo) for 2 persons shall be responsible for any additional charges in the case of any add-on options, any change or upgrade to the air ticket as per conditions specified by Thai Airways.
  2. For the Winner of The Standard, Hua Hin hotel voucher of a one-night stay in a Standard Room for 2 persons inclusive of breakfast, please find additional terms and conditions for your stay at Appendix 2. The Winner shall be responsible for any additional charge in the case of any change or add-on options.
  3. The Winner of the Nespresso Essenza Mini White coffee machine will receive only the coffee machine, excluding Nespresso coffee capsules. The Winner shall be responsible for any additional charge in the case of any change or add-on options.
  4. Winners of Prizes 1 and 2 will be contacted by UOB’s Call Agent via UOB Call Centre through the telephone number provided with the Bank during registration. Winners of Prizes 3 to 5 will be contacted via SMS after the Bank announces the list of all 3,102 winners within 7 calendar days or 25 June 2024, where the Bank will also send a letter to notify winners (“Prize Notification Letter”) which will specify additional details on Prize redemption to the winner via ordinary post according to the address provided to the Bank within 15 calendar days from the first contact the winner receives from the Bank (either by UOB Call Centre or SMS).
  5. Prizes are strictly non-transferrable, non-changeable, and not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods, whether in part or in full.
  6. Prizes are supplied by third-party merchants. The Bank is not an agent of the merchant and/or supplier of the prizes. Accordingly, UOB makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, value, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of the Prizes and assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or omissions of the merchants or any non-performance or defects in any of the Prizes. Any dispute regards the Prizes must be resolved directly with the merchant and/or supplier of the Prizes. UOB shall not be required to assist or act on your behalf in communicating with the merchant and/or supplier of the Prizes.
  7. The Bank reserves the right to decline any redemption of a Prize if the winner does not comply with the Conditions for receiving the prize and/or any requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions at the time of Redemption. No replacement will be issued for a lost, stolen, or destroyed Redemption Notice and/or Prize Notification Letter.
  8. The Bank reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with items of equivalent or higher value in the case that the Prize is in short supply or has a cancelled production line from the third-party merchant and/or supplier that may not meet any of the requirement at the time of Prize delivery.
  9. In the case that UOB’s Call Agent is unable to reach the Winner via the telephone number provided with the Bank within 7 calendar days after the Bank announces the list of all 3,102 winners (unable to contact within 25 June 2024), including the event that the Winner does not show up to redeem the Prize within the specified period and/or does not comply with conditions as specified within the Prize Notification Letter, the Bank will not extend the Prize redemption period in any case and will be obliged to disqualify the winner. The Bank reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next reserve winner.
  10. Limit rights of UOB customers. The Lucky Draw is limited by chances and 1 customer is eligible to win 1 prize throughout the Campaign period. In case the Winner is disqualified or does not meet all requirements, UOB will draw a list of five reserve winners for each prize.

If UOB determines that the cardholder and/or account holder is ineligible to participate in this campaign and/or to receive the Prize, the Bank may in its sole discretion forfeit the Prize, reclaim the Prize or charge to and debit an amount equal to the value of the Prize from any of your accounts. If the monies standing to the credit of your accounts are insufficient to reimburse to UOB, you shall immediately reimburse UOB for the value of the Prize as determined by the Bank.
